RE-START Guidebook for trainers and academics

The RE-START Guidebook is a practical resource for trainers and academics to integrate circular entrepreneurship into their teaching. 

It offers guidance on incorporating RE-START material into existing curricula or developing new ones, and it provides insights on planning, preparing, and delivering the RE-START e-training programme to current and future entrepreneurs, including those starting circular businesses.

The DigiEduAdult curriculum for VET providers

The report, developed under the Distance Educator project, outlines the purpose of the DigiEduAdult curriculum, which is to establish a framework for developing online distance learning content specifically for vocational education and training (VET) providers.

This curriculum, intended for educators such as trainers, instructors, and mentors, responds to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has accelerated the need for digital education. 

The curriculum addresses the difficulties of transitioning to online learning, including the lack of digital skills and the need for equitable access to learning opportunities.

DigiEntAid Matrix of Crisis Resilience and Digital Customer Retention Competences

The report presents the findings from a key phase of the DigiEntAid project, focusing on empirical research with 48 entrepreneurs. 

Through in-depth interviews, the entrepreneurs shared the competencies they found essential for resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting economic crisis. 

The goal was to identify and prioritise these competencies for inclusion in the DigiEntAid training program.

EU Handbook for the development of well-being programmes

The EU Handbook, developed under the THRIVE@WORK project, aims to promote workplace well-being. 

It encourages HR professionals, vocational trainers, CEOs, and business owners to invest in programmes that support the psychosocial well-being of employees. 

The handbook provides best practices, identifies gaps, and offers practical guidance to help HR professionals create effective well-being programmes, enabling employees to thrive.

​ON-GOOD Methodological VET Handbook and Training Material

The ONGOOD project aims to help small and medium goods producers in Europe become effective online cross-border organisations. 

The project includes two key reports: the first outlines a training plan for VET teachers, providing them with in-depth knowledge and steps for successful international expansion. 

The second report offers comprehensive training materials needed to deliver sessions on this topic.

DEMETRA Matrix of Competences and Policy Recommendations Report

The report analyses the essential and underdeveloped skills women need to develop during their entrepreneurial activities in the agricultural sector based on empirical studies conducted through interviews with female entrepreneurs and key stakeholders.

It also offers a set of policy recommendations tailored to the findings from the partner countries.
