DigiTrain Project - Digital Mentoring and Traineeship
The DigiTrain project aims to modernise technical school education by equipping teachers with innovative teaching methods and offering students valuable mentorship.
Its goal is to improve the ability of training organisations to provide high-quality digital skills training, incorporating real-world projects to increase student engagement. The project is particularly focused on supporting students in remote and rural areas, ensuring they have access to real-life educational opportunities to develop competence in their chosen fields.
DigiTrain envisions a digital mentoring and traineeship program that immerses these students in the real business world, helping them gain crucial experience and skills for their future careers. The project seeks support to make this vision a reality, emphasising the importance of equal opportunities for all students.
