INDIGIT - Digital-based tools aiming at the development of skills for internationalisation
The European Union (EU) and its entrepreneurs strongly recognise the significance of internationalisation as a crucial driver for growth, innovation, and competitive advantage in the global market.
Internationalisation refers to the process by which businesses expand their operations beyond domestic borders to enter and compete in international markets. However, to successfully navigate the complexities of this process, companies must be thoroughly prepared to face its inherent challenges.

Effective preparation requires having skilled individuals who not only understand the demands of internationalisation but also possess the ability to capitalise on the vast opportunities that global markets offer. Those individuals must be proficient in managing diverse market dynamics, understanding cultural differences, complying with various regulatory requirements, and handling international trade logistics.
This expertise is essential for enabling companies to expand their reach and thrive globally.

To address these needs, the project aims to enhance the availability of high-quality skills development programs specifically focused on internationalisation.
